2023 Purple Tee Golf Classic

We had a fantastic day we had for the Purple Tee Golf Classic on Thursday! The weather could not have been more perfect, Whiskey Creek Golf Club coordinated a super-streamlined event, and we all enjoyed a day of gold, fellowship and fundraising raising money for The Salute Military Golf Association (SMGA) Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) and the MBR Foundation.

We are so very grateful for the sponsors who made Thursday such a success, including Chevy Chase Acura PNC TM Associates Bethesda Spine & Posture IBAA, Beam, Make America Kind, Buchbinder Certified Public Accountants and Barbara Tarmy.
A huge shout-out goes to the volunteers who made everything run smoothly, especially co-chairs Alan Schulman, Susan Greif and Peter Greif who worked tirelessly over the past several months. Kudos go out to Julian Mansfield for spearheading a successful Silent Auction.

Thank you to all of you who were a part of this great annual event, whether golfing, volunteer, bidding or contributing an auction item. We appreciate every bit of it.

We know it’s a video from several years ago, but it still gives you a good idea of how much fun you’ll have at the Purple Tee this year, and all for good causes!
